Texas Laser Charge warrants each compatible toner and ink jet to be free of defects in both materials
and workmanship for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed an all Texas Laser Charge laser and ink jet cartridges.

The cartridges have been produced under stringent quality control standards, guaranteeing performance
that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacture.

Texas Laser Charge will at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any of its
compatible laser and ink jet printer cartridges found to be defective.

Texas Laser Charge further warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use,
Our laser and ink jet cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, of deterioration to your printer.
In the unlikely event that an authorized service representative insist that our product caused damage to
a customers equipment, we pay for the damage. Certification must be given by the authorized service
representative that such damaged could not have occurred under identical operation conditions when
using an OEM product.

Texas Laser Charge sole obligation under this warranty and the exclusive remedy hereunder will be to
replace defective products F.O.B destination or to reimburse the customer as specified above. There are
no other warranties, expressed or implied. Where merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or
